There are instances which will render an HPS ineligible to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• HPS who have been removed from other 365体育亚洲官方入口 能源 Efficiency programs.
• HPS who have been removed from other regional utility weatherization programs.
• HPS from whom 365体育亚洲官方入口 has received a high number of customer complaints due to poor business practices or poor work quality.
• HPS who lead customers to believe they work for or represent 365体育亚洲官方入口.
• HPS who communicate negative comments to customers about 365体育亚洲官方入口 or the 家庭能源审计 program.
• HPS who repeatedly fail the QA process, or who refuse to rectify errors.
